My Pacifica
Resident Portal App

When you download the Pacifica app you join the Pacifica community. The portal app lets you send messages to the Concierge Team, book the facilities such as the cinema or BBQ area and request the valet to bring your car up from the car park. You’ll be alerted when mail and parcels arrive, and be kept up to date with the latest news and events. The portal is also a repository for all the documents relating to your apartment.

 

THE LOBBY & LANEWAY

When you step from the streets into the lobby, you'll feel like you're returning home. Be welcomed by the Concierge Team and enjoy the relaxed yet elegant space complete with a green wall garden, waterfall and plush velvet couches. Or drive into the laneway, drop your car and just step into the lift.

VALET PARKING

The ultimate in luxurious extras, this 24-hour service is an option for all residents. Drop your keys off on the way in and simply request your car via the app to have it waiting for you whenever the outside world calls. The valet will also take care of your visitor’s car, with parking costs very reasonable for the inner city.
